Budget Beach Studio, is a tiny space ideal for a couple who want to enjoy a few days in the surroundings of the Costa Brava at an affordable price and only 130 meters from the bay. The apartment is only 21m2 and is distributed in: 1 double bedroom, a small living room with a folding table and 2 stools, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and a balcony. Despite not having views (there is a building in front) it is quite bright and has sun in the afternoon. It has air conditioning, heat pump and WIFI

It is a first floor without a lift (15 steps separate the street from the floor).

Calonge is a welcoming and friendly town that responds to the needs of traveling with a partner and children.It has a tourism model that is based on tranquility, on recreational and educational activities for children, on culture and on beaches with quality services. The easiest way to access the apartment is by car. It is very easy to find free parking. The blue area of Empordà street only works from June 15 to September 15. During those months there is parking on the other side of Avenida Cataluña (300 meters). If you come by public transport there is a stop of the Sarfa company just 100 meters from the duplex. Girona Airport is 40 km, 35 minutes driving. Barcelona Airport is 128 km, 1h 19 minutes driving.
