From the heart of the old quarter, and just few steps from the ancient wall you will be able to experience the history of this incredible city, discover its cultural and architectural treasures and enjoy its playful and gastronomic offer. Here, you can make the most of your trip. Terra Boutique is located on the second floor (no lift) of a typical building of the Old Quarter, dating from the XVIII century. The space has been completely renovated in 2019, which has discovered beautiful stone walls, giving style while incorporating the spirit of Girona city. The space has all the comforts of the 21st century and is decorated with unique details, to make sure our visitors enjoy it and have the most pleasant stay with us. Just down the stairs and you will be submerged in the most historic Girona experience. Please do note that, being on the Old Quarter, the building does not count with lift. We offer self check-in and check-out process using a key lockbox, so our guests can have a smooth and agile access to the apartment, without the need of our presence. Anyway, we stay close to the area and always try to respond quickly if there is any situation or support needed. The Old Town of Girona is the historical center of the city, enclosed by the medieval wall (50 meters away), where we find the most important historical places, cultural and tourist interests of the city, as well as great restaurants & bars. The houses of the Onyar river are an spectacle that one can enjoy from one of the bridges that cross the river, and that bring closer the "call jueu" or the Jewish old quarter (400m away) to us on the street through the Rambla. On the Rambla (290m away), the bustle of visitors and locals is seen walking, enjoying tapas, shopping... Once you enter the Jewish quarter, one of the best preserved in Spain, we can enjoy the historical legacy of the city, leaving us lost by the narrow alleys and stairs, discovering corners, gardens, monuments and churches, little by little. The Cathedral (at 600m away), the church of Sant Feliu (700 meters), the Arab Baths (650 meters). The train and bus station of Girona is at 1100 meters from the apartment. The walk is flat and can be done on foot in 15 minutes. If you carry a lot of luggage you can take a taxi from the station. Girona Airport is 16 km from the apartment (20 minutes driving) The Barcelona airport is 117km (1:20 p.m.) One of the charms of the old quarter of Girona is its pedestrian nature. Please note that the entry of unauthorized vehicles is not permitted. We suggest you park in the free parking lot "Passeig Fora Muralla 22" (4 minutes walk / 280 meters from the apartment) Once in the apartment you will not need to travel by public transport to know Girona. Everything can be done on foot or take a walk with the tourist train "Girona City Tour" from € 3.5 the journey
