This charming house in the pedestrian area of Palamós is part of the group of picturesque fishing houses built in the 19th century. Completely renovated in 2006, it now has all the comforts of the nineteenth century. La Bella Lola is part of the "Boutique Homes" group, holiday homes with "smart-chic" philosophy, spaces designed for great functionality and a surprising design. The beautiful Lola was completely renovated in 2006, respecting the charm and decoration of fishermen's houses and has all the comforts of the 21st century. Its surroundings, make the stay at Bella Lola calm and at a step from all the attractions of the area, especially the beach just 300 meters away.Next to the traditional shops on Carrer Major, it is ideal for having a stroll in the afternoon or taking the Tavernes route. To make the travelers' stay more comfortable and flexible, check-in and check-out are made without our presence. We are close and we try to respond quickly if there is any situation. Trade, culture, gastronomy, active tourism and beaches with services make the Palamós old quarter an ideal place to start a truly Mediterranean experience. The ideal way to reach La Bella Lola is through the car. The old town is pedestrian but you can approach the car to the house and park a car in the private garage, which is at the bottom of the house.Once in the house, you will not need to travel by public transport to get to know Palamós and the beaches.Everything can be done on foot or take a walk with the "Bus Bay" (summer months) The bus station is located in Plaça Catalunya (280m) Girona Airport is 40km (39 minutes) of driving) The Barcelona airport is 125km (1:44 p.m.) The property will not be liable for: - Of the robberies or damages that the tenants may suffer during the stay - From the water supply chutes, gas, electricity or other supplies, imputable to the companies, and of connection to the Internet - Of the noises for works, local or near houses - Of the delays in the repairs of the existing electrical appliances in the house, on the part of the official technical services of the marks.Applying the specific terms for guests (point 8 and 8.1.2 of the airbnb service conditions): 8.1.2.- Upon receipt of a reservation confirmation from Airbnb, a legally binding contract is formed between you and your Guest , subject to any additional terms and conditions of the Host that may apply, including in particular the corresponding cancellation policy and any rules and restrictions indicated in the Announcement.
